Study material should be usable by people with different access needs. Castleport's accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA.

That is a target for improvement, not a claim that this website has completed an independent accessibility audit or that every page, tool, or document fully conforms. Castleport does not describe the site as certified accessible.

Priorities

Accessibility work focuses on finding content, reading it, answering a question, understanding feedback, viewing a result, and asking for help.

Priorities include clear headings and reading order, keyboard navigation and visible focus, readable text and contrast, labeled controls, understandable errors, and results that do not rely on color alone. Interactive questions, flashcards, tables, and calculators need attention as well as ordinary article text.

Report a barrier

Use the Contact page. Choose Other and begin the message with Accessibility.

Describe the page or resource, the task you were trying to complete, and what prevented completion. Browser, device, or assistive-technology details can help but are optional. Do not send a diagnosis, medical record, or proof of disability.

The current Contact form stores reports for Castleport handling. It is not a continuously monitored accessibility hotline, and a submission does not guarantee an immediate response or alternative format.

Third-party services and official accommodations

External exam-owner websites, retailers, and third-party documents may have different accessibility features and support processes. Castleport does not control those services.

Assistance using a Castleport resource is separate from accommodations for an official examination. The exam owner or testing authority determines that process. Castleport cannot approve an official exam accommodation.

Keeping this statement accurate

Castleport will not add an audit date, conformance claim, or accessibility badge without evidence of the work it represents.
