The rules every Castleport page must pass before it is published — written down so you can hold us to them.
01Every exam fact maps to an official source.
Question counts, time limits, domains, scoring, costs, and retake rules must cite the exam owner's official materials, with a recorded last-checked date. Secondhand facts from other prep sites are not sources.
02Unverified means labeled.
Facts that have not completed verification carry a visible 'pending verification' label. We do not publish uncertainty dressed up as certainty.
03All practice questions are original.
Written for Castleport, against the current blueprint, with full rationales. No scraping, no recycled banks, no paraphrased competitor questions, and no real exam content — reproducing live exam items is both unethical and a violation of exam-owner agreements.
04No fabricated social proof. Ever.
No invented reviews, testimonials, pass rates, student counts, or reviewer credentials. If we cite a number, it is real and we can show where it came from.
05No pass guarantees.
We publish refund terms, not promises about your exam result. Any prep company guaranteeing a pass is selling you their confidence in your fine print, not your outcome.
06Independence is disclosed everywhere it matters.
Every exam surface carries a non-affiliation disclosure. Trademark acronyms are used for identification only.
07Exam URLs are stable.
An exam's hub, practice test, and system pages keep their URLs for the life of the exam. Version changes update content in place with a changelog — they never spawn duplicate near-identical pages.
08Errors get corrected publicly.
Corrections are logged on the corrections page with what changed and when. Material changes update the page's modified date honestly — we never fake freshness by bumping dates without changes.
