Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026. This policy describes what Castleport Test Prep collects and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to run the site.

What we collect

• Diagnostic attempts. When you take a free diagnostic, we store the attempt: which questions were served, your answers, and your scores. Attempts are anonymous unless you choose to provide an email afterward.
• Email addresses. Only when you submit them — for a launch list or an emailed results summary. We record which list you joined and when.
• Contact messages. Name, email, topic, and message when you use the contact form.
• First-party usage events. We log page-level events (like “diagnostic started”) without third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or cross-site cookies.
• Purchases (when commerce opens). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We store your order, email, and entitlement.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
• We do not require an email to see your diagnostic score.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email list via the link in each email or by contacting us. You may request deletion of your email, contact messages, or diagnostic data tied to your email at any time; we process deletion requests within 30 days.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in managed databases with access limited to Castleport operations. Anonymous diagnostic attempts may be retained for question-quality statistics. If this policy changes materially, the change will be dated here.
