Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Castleport Test Prep website and its on-site study resources. “Castleport,” “we,” and “our” refer to the publisher operating this website under the Castleport Test Prep name. “You” refers to the person using the service.

Educational use and independent status

Castleport provides supplemental exam-preparation information and study material. It is not an exam owner, testing authority, licensing board, accreditor, or professional practice service.

We do not determine eligibility, issue credentials, approve accommodations, or guarantee that a resource matches every requirement applicable to you. Exam and licensing organizations remain responsible for their own policies and decisions.

Clinical, medication, social-work, legal, and safety examples are for study. They do not create a professional relationship or provide individualized regulated advice. Read the Educational Disclaimer.

Practice results and availability

A practice score reflects the questions and responses in that attempt. It is not an official scaled score, credential, or validated probability of passing unless a resource expressly provides appropriate supporting validation evidence.

We do not promise a passing result, employment, admission, or particular improvement. A planner or calculator provides an output based on its inputs and assumptions, not an individual readiness determination.

Resources may be corrected, updated, replaced, or discontinued. These terms do not authorize removing an express right attached to an existing paid purchase.

Permitted use

Where Castleport holds the necessary rights, you may use the site's study material for personal, noncommercial study. Linking to a public page and ordinary search-engine indexing are allowed.

Except where permitted by law or a stated license, do not republish or sell substantial portions, redistribute a question bank, remove ownership notices, represent the material as official exam content, or use substantial material to build a competing database or train an AI system without permission where Castleport's rights apply.

Nothing here removes fair use or another right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable conduct

Do not interfere with website security, access another person's information, bypass access restrictions, overload the service, submit malicious material, or use the site for fraud.

Do not send confidential patient or client records, stolen material, secure exam content, payment-card details, passwords, or identity documents through the general Contact form.

Messages and correction reports

You retain rights you hold in material you submit. By sending a message or correction, you permit its use as reasonably needed to understand and handle the request, investigate the issue, and improve or correct the affected resource.

That permission is not authorization to publish private correspondence, use your identity in advertising, or present your comments as a testimonial. See Privacy.

Purchases and refunds

When you buy through Amazon or another retailer, that seller handles checkout, fulfillment, and refunds under its terms. A Castleport link does not transfer those responsibilities to Castleport.

Castleport's direct on-site Exam System checkout is not currently open. A reference to a planned product is not an offer of an already available service. See the Refund Policy for the separate prospective direct-purchase terms.

Accuracy and responsibility

Exam requirements, source documents, and professional guidance can change. Confirm eligibility, registration, legal, and professional-practice matters with the responsible authority.

Free resources are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing here excludes fraud, mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and accessibility

The Privacy Policy describes current data handling. Accepting these terms is not, by itself, consent to optional analytics, session replay, or promotional email.

The Accessibility page explains the current accessibility target and how to report a barrier. A target is not a claim of independent certification.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be dated when published and apply prospectively where applicable. For questions or suspected errors, use Contact or Corrections.
