Castleport Test Prep publishes independent study materials and practice questions for professional examinations. We are not affiliated with any exam owner, testing vendor, or licensing board, and nothing on this site is official exam information. Registration, eligibility, scheduling, fees, and scoring are governed solely by the exam owner and your licensing jurisdiction.

2. No outcome guarantees

Preparation improves your odds; it cannot guarantee an outcome. We make no representation that using our materials will result in passing any examination or obtaining any credential or license.

3. License to use content

Free content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Paid Exam Systems (when available) are licensed to the individual purchaser and may not be redistributed, resold, shared, scraped, or used to train question banks or machine-learning systems. All content is original to Castleport and protected by copyright.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to extract the diagnostic question bank, circumvent rate limits, misuse forms, or interfere with the operation of the site.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchase terms, when commerce opens, are governed by these terms and the published refund policy. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” While our methodology requires source-mapping and verification of exam facts, exams change and errors can occur; always confirm schedule-critical facts with the official source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castleport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
