Refund Policy

Castleport’s paid Exam Systems are not yet on sale; every product page currently offers a launch list instead of a checkout. This policy is published in advance so you know the terms before we ever charge anyone.

The policy

• 14-day refund window. If you buy an Exam System and it is not what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full to your original payment method.
• No pass guarantee — on purpose. We never offer “money back if you fail” promises. Those offers are marketing devices built on conditions most buyers never satisfy. We would rather offer a simple, honest refund window.
• How to request. Use the contact form with topic “Refund,” including your purchase email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the request.
• Abuse. We reserve the right to decline refunds that show a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund of the same materials.

If this policy ever changes, the change applies only to purchases made after the change is published, and the update will be noted on our corrections page.
