Independence and Non-Affiliation
Castleport Test Prep is independent — and here is exactly what that means.
Castleport Test Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any organization that owns, develops, administers, or scores the examinations we cover. That includes, without limitation:
- The National Healthcareer Association (NHA), owner of the CCMA and CMAA examinations
- The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), owner of the Masters and Clinical examinations
- The American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), owner of the CMA credential
- American Medical Technologists (AMT), owner of the RMA credential
- Pearson VUE, PSI, and every other testing vendor
- Every state licensing board and certification body
Exam names, credential acronyms, and organization names appearing on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the examinations our independent preparation materials address. Use of a name never implies endorsement.
Why independence matters
Because we are independent, our only obligation is to you: our facts are verified against official sources rather than dictated by a partner, and our practice material is judged only on whether it prepares you well. The flip side of independence is a duty we take seriously — official information always outranks us. For registration, eligibility, scheduling, fees, and policies, the exam owner’s official website is the authority, and we link to it rather than trying to replace it.
Financial disclosure
Castleport earns revenue in exactly one way: selling our own study systems. We do not run advertising, accept sponsorships from exam owners or schools, or earn affiliate commissions for steering you toward any exam, program, or vendor. When we compare credentials — as in our CMA vs CCMA vs RMA guide — we have no financial stake in which one you choose.
