Cookies and Website Analytics

This page explains the browser technologies currently visible in Castleport's application. It is an informational disclosure, not a cookie-settings panel.

Current analytics

Production pages load:

• Google Analytics 4 for configured page and interaction events.
• Microsoft Clarity for website interaction analysis and session replay features.

The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information used by these services and the limits of the current implementation.

Browser storage

Castleport code uses localStorage and sessionStorage for selected study-tool settings, progress, and promotion dismissal. Clearing browser storage may reset those local settings.

The Google and Microsoft scripts may use provider-controlled cookies or similar storage. Castleport does not control every storage behavior of those external services.

Controls and masking

The current site does not display a cookie popup or provide a separate analytics consent panel, GPC handler, or sitewide opt-out control. Some tool components include masking attributes, but there is no global guarantee that every diagnostic, result, or contact interface is excluded from replay.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, patient or client information, government identification, or secure exam material.
