Castleport Test Prep: Serious preparation for the exams that decide careers.
Castleport Test Prep is an independent exam prep publisher for the exams that decide careers. Right now, that means live exam hubs and free 25-question diagnostics for the NHA CCMA and CMAA, the CMA (AAMA), NCCT NCMA, the ASWB Masters, the ASWB Clinical, and CEHRS exams — with every official exam fact on this page tied to a named, dated primary source.
Our paid Exam Systems are still in development. The systems shown here are not yet for sale — and we'd rather tell you that in the second paragraph than let you find out later.
This site earns its keep when you need to confirm the exact exam and the version active on your test date, want official claims you can trace back to the handbook, and want a free baseline before you spend a dollar on prep.
Go straight to the official source instead when you need to register, check eligibility, or confirm licensing rules, want recalled “real” exam questions, or want a pass guarantee. We don't use them and never will.

The exam registry
Which exams does Castleport Test Prep cover — and what's live today?
Castleport Test Prep currently publishes 29 live exam hubs, 4 free 25-question diagnostics, and 16 free study planners. No paid CET, CEHRS, CBCS, CMA (AAMA), CMAA, or NCMA product is live. One naming note before the table, because it trips people up: LMSW and LCSW are commonly used license titles, while ASWB names the exam categories Masters and Clinical. Your state or provincial board decides which exam category you are approved to take and what license it issues afterward. Match the table to the exam category on your authorization, not just to the letters in a job posting. ASWB explains the division between the jurisdiction and the exam category in its current Examination Guidebook.
Looking for progressive or critical-care certification? Start with the Critical Care Nursing certification hub before opening the PCCN exam guide.
New to EKG certification? Start with the EKG technician certification guide before opening the CET exam-prep hub.
New to health information certification? Start with the health information credential guide before opening the CEHRS exam-prep hub.
Looking for behavior-analysis certification? Start with the BACB credential guide before opening the RBT exam-prep hub.
Preparing for emergency nursing certification? Open the CEN study-plan guide for the July 2026 outline, current passing score and free planner.
Exam structures verified against the current NHA CCMA test plan, ASWB's current exam page, and the August 2026 ASWB Examination Guidebook. The date above changes only when we actually recheck — not on every deploy.

The right prep path isn't the same for every candidate. It depends on the exam category on your authorization, the blueprint active on your test date, and your jurisdiction's rules — and the official handbook and your board set those requirements, not us. So start by opening your exam's hub, then take the free diagnostic to see where you actually stand before you spend anything.
Exam not listed? Then we don't cover it yet — and you shouldn't substitute a similar exam's material for yours. Go straight to your exam owner's current handbook or official exam page. Want us to build your exam next? Tell us which one.
Version control
Why does the exact exam version matter?
An exam's name can stay the same while its blueprint changes underneath it. Study materials should be matched to the version active on your test date, not just to the exam name.| Exam record | Tests through August 2, 2026 | Tests on or after August 3, 2026 |

A study guide built to the pre-August 3 blueprint can still look current on its cover. It's wrong quietly — in the weights, in the outline, in what it tells you to study first — and nothing on the page warns you. That's the failure Castleport is built against: Castleport treats each blueprint as a dated version record, shows which record is active, and publishes a change map instead of silently relabeling old material.

How does Castleport verify what it publishes?
Castleport's process starts from the document that governs each claim: the test maker's handbook or test plan for exam facts, the certifying body for credential rules, and the state or provincial board for jurisdictional rules.Every consequential claim gets a named source, a locator, and a verification date before it is presented as verified — and errors are corrected publicly, with dates.
- 01
Start from the governing record
The exam owner's published test plan and candidate handbook — not a competitor's table of contents, and not last year's PDF.
- 02
Ledger every claim
If a source can't be named, the claim is labeled unverified or cut.
- 03
Write original items
Every question is written to the published blueprint. None are recalled, leaked, or “real” exam questions.
- 04
Review, version, correct
When a source changes, the page gets a new version stamp — and old claims don't linger silently.
We also label our work honestly. Official facts, our calculations, and our editorial calls are marked as what they are. One real example: NHA's test plan lists 84 of 150 scored CCMA items under Clinical Patient Care — that's the official fact. 84 ÷ 150 = 56% — that's our math, shown so you can check it. “Study it first unless your baseline is already strong” — that's our editorial call, and it's labeled that way. Check the item counts in NHA's current CCMA test plan.
Here's what one item looks like when you open the cover: the order-of-draw sample above is tied to CLSI's current standard, with the answer, rationale, locator, and status visible before you ever start a diagnostic. That's not a marketing sample. It's the standard every item in our banks is held to.

Independence
Is Castleport Test Prep official — or independent?
Castleport Test Prep is independent. It is not an exam owner, testing vendor, certifying body, or licensing board, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by NHA, ASWB, NCCT, or any other exam organization. Registration, fees, eligibility, scoring, and licensing are controlled by the official organizations — and Castleport links to them directly for those questions.
That means: for registering, fees and test dates, eligibility, accommodations, score reports, retake rules, and license issuance, your answer lives with your exam owner and your board, and we'll always send you there first. We will never put a product between you and an official fact.
And how we make money is simple. When our paid Exam Systems launch, we'll sell them — our own products, plainly labeled as ours. No ads. No affiliate links. No sponsored placements. Until those systems are ready, those systems are not for sale.
Castleport Test Prep is an independent publisher of exam preparation materials and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by AAMA, AMT, ASWB, NCCT, NHA, AANPCB/NPCB, any exam owner, certifying body, testing vendor, or licensing board. Exam, certification, credential, and provider names are used descriptively to identify the exams and services discussed. Castleport claims no ownership in those names or marks.Read the independence policy
Editorial accountability
Who writes this — and what happens when we're wrong?
Castleport pages are written by the Castleport Test Prep Editorial Team. Claims shown as verified are checked against the official sources they cite. Named professional reviewers are published only after a real review is complete; as of August 3, 2026, reviewer engagements for all three covered exams are in progress and marked pending. Errors are corrected publicly, with dates, in a corrections log.
| NHA CCMA | Pending — reviewer engagement in progress |
|---|---|
| ASWB Masters Examination | Pending — reviewer engagement in progress |
| ASWB Clinical Examination | Pending — reviewer engagement in progress |
An empty reviewer list is more honest than a fake one. So our standing commitments are simple: no fabricated reviewers, no invented pass rates, no fake testimonials, no recycled question banks. When a real review is complete, you'll see the reviewer's real name, credential, scope, and date. When we get something wrong, the correction says what was wrong, what replaced it, and when — dated and public, never silently edited.

Castleport Test Prep FAQ
What is Castleport Test Prep?
An independent exam prep publisher built around exact-version matching, primary-source verification, and dated updates when exam blueprints change. It publishes exam hubs, original practice questions, free diagnostics, and — when they launch — its own paid Exam Systems.
Is Castleport Test Prep legitimate?
Judge that by what you can check, not by a badge: our methodology, sources, version records, reviewer status, independence policy, and corrections log are all public. We'd rather show you the trail than assert the word.
Is Castleport affiliated with NHA, ASWB, or any exam board?
No. Castleport is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any exam owner, testing vendor, certifying body, or licensing board, including AANPCB/NPCB.
Which exams does Castleport cover?
Today: the NHA CCMA, CMAA, CET, CEHRS, and CBCS, the CMA (AAMA), the NCCT NCMA, the ASWB Masters and Clinical examinations, the NPCB and ANCC Family Nurse Practitioner examinations, the PNCB CPNP-PC examination, NAPLEX, and MPJE/UMPJE pharmacy-law guidance. Each has a live hub; free tools and diagnostics are labelled on the registry.
Are the practice tests really free?
Yes. Each live diagnostic contains 25 original questions with an instant content-area score and full rationales, and no email is required to see your result. Details live on each exam's practice-test page.
Can I buy a Castleport study system yet?
Not yet. The paid Exam Systems for all three exams are in development, and we don't take money for unfinished products. Each Exam System page will say plainly the day that changes.
Do you guarantee I'll pass?
No. We don't guarantee scores, passing, or licensure — and we'd be careful with anyone who does.
Are your questions taken from the real exam?
No. Castleport writes its own items against the published blueprint. We never use recalled, leaked, or live exam questions, and we never will.
Why don't you show reviews, testimonials, or pass rates?
Because we don't have real, attributable ones yet — and we won't invent them. When genuine ones exist, they'll be named and dated. We'll cite pass rates only when an official body publishes them, with the source and year.
How does Castleport make money?
By selling our own study systems once they're live — nothing else. No ads, no affiliate links, no sponsorships.
My exam isn't covered. Now what?
Use your exam owner's current handbook or official exam page — that's the governing source. And tell us which exam you need so we know what to build next.
Found an error?
Report it through our corrections process with the page, the claim, the source you think controls, and the date you saw it. Corrections are published and dated — never quietly patched.
Pick your exam. Check the version. See where you stand.
Pick the exam on your authorization. Check the version active on your test date. See exactly which content areas need your first study hour — with everything checkable along the way.
Not sure where you stand? Choose one of the covered exams above and take its free Castleport diagnostic — instant results, no email required.
